Opportunities for youth groups
Between 10am and 1pm on Sunday the 3rd of September they will be running a youth kitchen area. Youth groups are welcome to attend with an adult supervisor. The young people will be getting involved in food preparation to contribute to the FEAST later in the day. For more information about opportunities for young people contact Bryony on 07790795203.
Pledge your veg
The FEASTival relies on the generosity of food growers and gardeners across Hull and East Yorkshire. They are asking food growing groups and individual gardeners to dontate surplus produce to create the meal. All donations are welcomed no matter how small. Allotment sites across the city are collecting veg, and St Mary’s church on Lowgate in Hull will be open between 12 and 2pm for veg drop offs from Monday 28th of August to Friday 1st of September. If you can’t get to a drop off point, contact John on 07476293999 to arrange a pick up.
