Humber NHS Foundation Trust’s Annual Members’ Meeting

Martin Green, Chief Executive of Hull City of Culture 2017, is to be the guest speaker at this event – his address will be one of the highlights of a free public event scheduled to be held on Wednesday 13 September in The Kingston Suite at the KCOM Stadium in Hull.

The event will begin at 12.30pm with a market stall event showcasing the services the Trust provides in Hull, the East Riding of Yorkshire and Whitby, including mental health, learning disability, community, and healthy lifestyle and addictions services.

Members of the Trust’s recruitment team will advertise vacancies and its charity, Health Stars, will provide information about its own fund-raising projects and provide an opportunity to sign up to its lottery.

Chief Executive Michele Moran will open the formal part of the meeting at 2.30pm before introducing Mr Green, who will deliver a 15-minute speech before answering questions.

Following a short video, Chair Sharon Mays and governors will speak, Ms Moran will deliver her review of the year and then Director of Finance Peter Beckwith will present the accounts.

Mrs Mays will take questions and introduce another brief video before guests are given a further opportunity to look at the market stalls.

Light refreshments will be available.
