City Health Care Partnership CIC has now completed it's 2010/11 Annual Patient Experience Questionnaire
Participate Uk Ltd was commissioned to carry out the survey on behalf of CHCP and a total of 3,000 questionnaires were distributed across the service areas, either by post or hand distribution where this was not possible
The coverage of the survey included 15 services areas, encompassing 29 discrete areas of delivery across both Hull and the East Yorkshire
