North Lincolnshire Council is seeking a Restorative Practice development partner to train frontline and management staff to think and work restoratively in order to achieve the strategic aims as set out above.
The aim is to foster and develop restorative practices towards a high support and high challenge culture, and to help create the conditions for effective and enabling relationships.
The successful development partner will be a recognised expert in the restorative practice field, with the experience and authenticity to inspire staff and model the behaviours and skills needed.
They will work with North Lincolnshire Council to develop and embed restorative practice, via a bespoke training and support package and implementation plan. This will also involve the provision of train the trainer type support, to ensure that the training is sustainable into the future.
