Terms and conditions

North Bank Forum charges a fee for training courses based on turnover and organisation type. For this run of courses the fees are:

  • Voluntary and community sector groups with an annual turnover under £10k: Half Day – free, Full Day – free
  • Voluntary and community sector groups with an annual turnover over £10k: Half Day – £10, Full Day – £20
  • Voluntary and community sector groups outside Hull or public sector: Half Day – £45, Full Day £60.

Return a completed Training-Booking-Form  to Ali Middle

Include details of your payment. We will require payment in advance in order to secure booking.

We operate a 7 day notice period to cancel a booking. The payment will not be refunded on failure to attend the course without at least 7 days’ notice.

Invoice: Send a purchase order number with your booking form – We will need details of where to send the invoice

Other information

We provide refreshments but we do not provide lunch so please make your own arrangements.
