Reporting Noise Nuisance – help to test noise reporting tools with the community

The Community Pride team are working with FutureGov  to re-think how residents deal with noise nuisance. The angle they are taking is to equip residents and support them to mediate their own neighborhood scenarios better on their own. It is hoped that this will free up some time for the team to deal with more tricky reports.

They have now come up with a set of ideas that they would like to test and iterate with residents and so are looking for community focussed groups and organisations as it would be really helpful to get in contact with local community members and talk to them for around 20 min to get their feedback on the ideas.

This would be possible at meeting which you are having or we are also happy to come around and talk to them. Ideally they would like to do that within the next couple of weeks so getting your support on this will be extremely helpful with its success

If you can assist with this please contact them ASAP via Yvonne Vermeersch
