ChangeUp (May 2005 - December 2006 when funding ceased)
The Humber Federation of Local Development Agencies (FoLDA) worked within the Government's ChangeUp agenda to improve the infrastructure support they provided to frontline voluntary and community groups.
One of the areas to be addressed was ICT infrastructure, with the aim of providing a quality assured, stable and future-proof ICT platform, as common as possible to all infrastructure organisations within the sub-region.
The North Bank Forum took the lead on the ICT strand of the Humber Sub-region
