Patient and Public Involvement Local Network - funding ceased 31st March 2008
The North Bank Forum had a contract to act as a Local Network Provider for CPPIH (Commission for Patient & Public Involvement in Health).
There were 9 Patient & Public Involvement Forums across Hull, the East Riding of Yorkshire and North Yorkshire, to which the NBF provided support, co-ordination and development.
The way that PPI Forums were recruited and trained was dealt with regionally by CPPIH, and it was the NBF’s responsibility to provide the local support to these Forums.
The Forums they supported were:
- East Riding of Yorkshire
- Hull
- North Yorkshire and York
- Harrogate Health Care (Hospitals)
- Hull and East Yorkshire Hospitals
- Scarborough and North East Yorkshire Hospitals
- York Hospitals
- Yorkshire Ambulance Service
- Humber Mental Health Teaching Trust
