The Albert Hunt Trust 

The Albert Hunt Trust was established in 1979 and its mission statement is 'to promote and enhance the physical and mental welfare of individuals, or groups of individuals, excluding research or the diagnosis and treatment of specific medical conditions, by the distribution of trust funds, at the sole and absolute discretion of the trustees, principally to charities registered in England and Wales that are actively engaged in that field of work.' 

All appeals should be by letter containing the following:

  • aims and objectives of the charity
  • nature of appeal
  • total target if for a specific project
  • contributions received against target
  • registered charity number
  • any other relevant factors.
