People’s Health Trust – Healthy Communities Small Grants Programme
Grants to enable small community and voluntary organisations and groups in England, Scotland and Wales to support an improvement in health and well-being in their local communities. Max value £10,000 and minimum of £5,000. The total of the project cost must be no more than £25,000. Open to applications.
