Local Funding:
Improving the Health and Well-being of Adult Carers in Hull: A Call for Ideas
North Bank Forum is working with The Public Health Directorate of NHS Hull to find and support innovative ideas for short-term pilot projects that improve the health and well-being of adult carers in Hull.
The results from these pilots will help inform the development of the long term Carers Strategy in Hull.
Grants of up to £50k will be made available to a small number of voluntary and community organisations who can successfully demonstrate that their idea or approach:
- Is genuinely new and not simply continuing existing work
- Will achieve or work towards positive outcomes for carers
- Meets local needs
In addition, organisations will need to show:
- How many carers will be supported through the project
- How the impact of the project will be measured
- How the long-term sustainability of the project might be achieved
If you have an idea that fits these criteria and would like to discuss it further please email pippa@nbforum.co.uk or david@nbforum.co.uk
