The East Riding Stroke Survivor Small Grants Fund
A new fund that is administered by a group of stroke survivors and carers representing stroke clubs in the East Riding. The purpose of the fund is to provide financial assistance to improve the lives of stroke survivors or people who support them.
Who can apply?
Stroke survivors and their carers, stoke clubs or groups, health and social care professionals, a friend, carer or professional may apply on the behalf of a stroke survivor with their knowledge and consent.
