HWRCC and ERVAS collaboration
HWRCC and ERVAS have for many years been the two primary voluntary sector 'infrastructure' organisations in the East Riding, providing complementary packages of support to the diverse organisations and groups.
The collaboration of Humber and Wolds Rural Community Council (HWRCC) and East Riding Voluntary Action Services (ERVAS) will see both organisations operate under the leadership of Penny Brown.
Penny has led Humber and Wolds Rural Community Council for over three years and during this time ERVAS and HWRCC have nurtured a positive and mutually beneficial working relationship.
Both organisations have strong working relationships with the East Riding of Yorkshire Council and the Partnership will develop this further, as the joint management will provide a platform for further development of collaborative working.
HWRCC and ERVAS will retain their separate identities and specialisms.
