Threshold of needs guidance: Hull Safeguarding Children Board
A model for identifying needs and analysing risk when working to strengthen and support families: Thresholds of need guidance
The threshold of need guidance has now been endorsed by the Hull Safeguarding Children Board and is available on the Board's website
This guidance should be used with immediate effect to help professionals, agencies/organisations to work together effectively to meet the needs of all children in Hull
Seminars will be made available from the end of October in order to assist the roll out and implementation of the guidance.
Further detail of the tools available to assist implementation will be widely circulated then.
HSCB Chair Paul Dyson will also be leading a multi agency working group to ensure that the application of the guidance in practice, and its effectiveness, is formally monitored, evaluated and reviewed
